**If use order form, email, leave voice message or USPS mail-please state to "use same address and credit card on file" - (if that is the case) - or We will email you an Invoice that will give you an option to pay via Credit Card or Paypal.  If you don't see an Invoice come through, please check your SPAM Folder.
